CareerLity and Labano Academy are officially entering a strategic partnership aimed at building a stronger future for technology education and career development across Africa.
As part of this transition, CareerLity Learn, the learning division of CareerLity focused on Data Analysis, AI Automation, Digital Marketing, and Cybersecurity training, is being integrated into Labano Academy. Labano Academy has built a strong reputation for practical and standard technology training across Africa, making this partnership an important step forward for both platforms.
This integration allows CareerLity to focus fully on developing and expanding the CareerLity AI Suite, a growing ecosystem of AI-powered career tools designed to help people grow professionally and transition into modern careers. The CareerLity AI Suite currently includes:
All CareerLity classes and learning activities will now be conducted through the Labano Academy platform as part of the ongoing ecosystem integration. Existing students will be onboarded into the new system, and current class progress, learning records, and course activities will also be updated to ensure a smooth transition experience for everyone.
In addition, both organisations are currently working towards international accreditation partnerships, including ongoing efforts with the Skill Development Council Canada (SDCC), to help ensure certificates become more globally recognised and valuable internationally.
