Labano Academy has officially entered a new phase of leadership, restructuring, and merger with the team behind CareerLity. This transition follows a period in which operations gradually slowed due to internal management challenges. With the new leadership now in place, the focus is centred on rebuilding trust, improving systems, modernising learning experiences, and restoring the academy's long-term vision across Africa.
We are not simply continuing the platform, we are rebuilding it into a more modern, practical, and globally competitive learning ecosystem. The new management acknowledges that some students, tutors, and community members experienced unresolved academic or administrative concerns during the previous operational period. Efforts are already underway to review pending certificate processes, incomplete learning experiences, communication gaps, and other outstanding matters.
